We offer Free Express Delivery on orders of $95 or more. We take great care to ensure that your purchase reaches you promptly and in excellent condition. Orders placed before 3:00pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from the warehouse the same day by Express Couriers, subject to stock availability.

For e-liquid orders, normal delivery time is 3-5 business days depending on location. Deliveries to some areas may take slightly longer. For USA and Europe, delivery time is 5-7 business days.

Unfortunately we can no longer ship orders to Australia.

For e-cigarette and vape kit hardware orders, the delivery times may be longer due to the different warehouse location and express courier restrictions on items with power banks. Oz Vape Loft take no responsibility for items including e-cigarette hardware and e-liquid that are held by customs. Please ensure customs in your location allow the import of e-cigarette hardware and/or e-liquid before ordering.
